Iain is the proud owner of Europark Investments Ltd and Director of Europark Properties Ltd incorporating thirteen buildings and estates across the Northeast and West of England. These buildings service more than 130 businesses spanning the Industrial, Retail and Office sectors.

Iain began his career as a Veterinary Surgeon back in 1996, working in a number of veterinary practices across the UK and abroad. In 2006 he established VetUK, an e-commerce company selling veterinary and pet products with a vision to increase both their accessibility and affordability. The company thrived and was sold in 2021 enabling him to focus on new investment ventures. After years of working together in the veterinary industry, Iain enrolled Jamie Tattersfield at Balliol Property Services Ltd as his Management service provider to help drive and build the Europark Properties Ltd portfolio.

Iain’s happy place is on the water enjoying trips in his period motor boat whilst eating surprising amounts of chocolate.

Alongside her husband Jamie, Laura is responsible for providing management services to all the properties and estates owned by Europark Investments Limited. Her role is very varied but mainly focuses on accounts, marketing, administration and people management. She strongly believes in providing a personable service to all tenants whilst maintaining the highest of standards across her building portfolio to ensure she attracts and maintains a dynamic tenant base.

Laura joined Balliol Property Services Limited in November 2022 after a long and successful career in the Veterinary Pharmaceutical Industry, where she managed a sales team and was responsible for looking after a multi-million-pound customer portfolio.

The opportunity to start a new adventure with her husband which allowed more time at home with her family and to bring her skillset to a different industry was very exciting. She thoroughly enjoys her new role and the amazing people and buildings she gets to work with!

Laura & Jamie live in Southwest Scotland with their 3 children; Eve, Lucas and Isla, 3 cats and 2 ponies, Laura travels the country being a taxi service (Tatt’s taxi’s) to her son Lucas who plays professional youth football for Ayr United and being top groom (chief mucker outer) to their daughter Isla who competes at county level in working hunter with her pony.

When Laura manages to get a few minutes to herself you can find her trying to improve her skills on the local golf course.
